Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 May 2026
This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It runs entirely inside your browser.
What the extension stores
The following settings are saved using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.sync API, which syncs them across your own Chrome installations through your Google account. None of this data is sent to the developer or any third party.
- Whether the extension is enabled (on/off)
- Whether the "Add blank line between paragraphs" option is on or off
- The list of domains you have added to the whitelist
What the extension reads
On websites whose domain you have explicitly added to the whitelist, the extension reads paste events in editable fields so it can rewrite the pasted text in place. The pasted text is processed entirely inside your browser and inserted into the same field. It is never transmitted, logged, or stored.
On websites not in your whitelist, the extension's code does nothing — it loads and exits immediately.
The popup uses the activeTab permission solely to read the current tab's hostname and display whether the extension is active on that tab. No page content is accessed through this permission.
Third parties
The extension makes no network requests. It has no analytics, no telemetry, no remote configuration, and no advertising integrations.
Children
The extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will also be reflected in the Chrome Web Store listing.
